68-MINUTE TOTAL BODY FLOW - LEVEL 2/3
In this well-rounded, challenging, 68-minute flow class, we'll focus on strengthening and lengthening your abs, arms and quads, while opening your shoulders, chest, hamstrings and hips! You'll also have the opportunity practice crow and side crow during this total body practice.

33-MINUTE DETOX FLOW!
In this 33-minute well-rounded class, we will focus on strengthening and stretching the abdominal wall, as well as detoxing through a series of deep twists. You will have the opportunity to work on crow and side crow and experience a total body opening as we flow through sun salutations, standing poses and heart, hip and hamstring openers!
